Happy Goat Lucky Ewe Fiber Farm is home to the Michigan Yarn Company. Our sheep and goats are grass-fed, have a great carcass weight, are born on pasture and grown to order. While our primary purpose is the growth of wool and mohair for Michigan knitters, we are always blessed with too many wethers (male lambs) on the farm. We can supply spring lambs, fat lambs in the fall and mutton for the Festival of Lights. If you contact us we will work with you to provide intact/unbanded fat lambs. Please contact us for private on-farm arrangements. We'll also set you up with a local processor who is happy to accommodate Halal butchering. Sorry, no butchering on the farm. .
