Our oysters are grown in their natural environment using the latest
in aquaculture technology. These oysters are never on the bottom.
They are raised in trays, and then set in racks at the bottom of the
Peconic Bays. Our product is cleaned and tumbled bi-weekly during
the peak growing season to insure us with a uniformed product.
These oysters are great for all occasions, especially on the half shell.
