Land Connection Farm (The Land Connection)

Our chickens are fed local, organic grain and are allowed to forage on fresh pasture daily. We process by hand, on farm to ensure that every stage of their lives occurs humanely and cleanly with our care. Poultry must be picked up fresh on the farm. Cornish game hens, gourmet broilers, and Thanksgiving turkeys.
