We are a local, family-run wholesale boulangerie providing custom handmade artisan breads for many of Denver's top restaurants & hotels such as the Ritz Carlton, Hotel Teatro, Fruition, Table 6, and many more.
Our breads are made by hand in true artisan style using only the finest natural ingredients such as specially milled flour from a local mill and fresh honey from a local beekeeper. We don't use any yeast accelerants, dough conditioners, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, stabilizers, enhancers, or any other additives that many bakeries routinely use to "cut corners."
We use old-world baking techniques including a long fermentation process to give our breads dimension and complexity. We are fortunate to work with chefs who are as committed to quality as we are, and we create custom breads to complement their unique cuisines.
