We own and operate a century-old family farm where we raise a unique breed of beef called Piedmontese. This breed is double muscled, allowing it to be leaner, yet more tender and with all the flavor of farm-fresh beef. We raise the corn silage and corn we feed our cattle using non-GMO corn. Our protein supplement is soy-based and does not contain animal by-products. We incorporate several sustainable farming practices and do not use growth hormones in our cattle production. We sell our fresh-frozen, vacuum packaged beef cuts at many farmers markets in the Chicago area.
