About Us
We provide a delicious local meat product that is rich in vital nutrients and lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional beef and pork. Our animals are raised humanely and are not given antibiotics or hormones. We have been farming this land since 1937 and have ensured it will remain farmland forever.
