Talon's Three Hundred Acre Farm Boasts A Rich Kentucky History. Talon's Tasting Room Located In The Historic 18th Century Farmhouse Was Originally Constructed In 1790, Two Years Before Kentucky Became A State. The Five Acre Vineyard Was Established In 2001 And Proudly Grows Seven Grape Varieties And Produces Sixteen Fine Wines. Our Gift Shop Offers A Wide Range Of Unique, Eclectic Finds, Wine-related Gifts And Accessories, As Well As Talon Souvenirs. You Can Experience The Entire Bottling Process From Vine To Wine At Our Corking Complex. Visitors Are Invited To Participate In Self-guided Tours Featuring A Sneak Peek At Our Vineyards, Processing Center, And Kentucky Oak Barrels. The Landscaped Grounds And Covered Porches Surrounding The Winery Offer Unlimited Event Possibilities. Talon's Open-air Pavilion And Enclosed Party Barn Are Equipped With Full Service Catering Capabilities Perfect For Weddings And Receptions As Well As Meetings. A Private Tasting Room Is Available For Small Group Functions, Business Meetings, Luncheons, Club Outings, Bridal Showers And Much More. Talon Hosts An Annual Summer Concert Series From May Through October. These Events Are Held The Second Friday Of Each Month And Feature Live, Local Bands As Well As The Best In Local Catering.
