About Us
We're a small operation that eats what we grow, so no pesticides, chemical growth products or GMOs. Soil is turned by hand, plants are started by seed or bare root, beds are weeded manually and crops are selected for their hard-to-find locally nature and exquisite taste. We deliver vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers to your home or business location weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for free in the South County Roanoke area and a small delivery charge for nearby neighborhoods. We harvest moments before packing your order. Highlights include fresh garlic, purple asparagus, strawberries, a variety of potatoes, spaghetti squash, turnips, carrots, rhubarb, fresh peas, lettuces, beets, elderberries, blackberries a variety of peppers, sunflowers and 12 types of fresh herbs. Quantities are limited to regular customer needs except with excess short-season crops. No CSA fee required.
