Food Rescue US is a leader in reducing both hunger and food waste in America by establishing communities of dedicated volunteer food rescuers that deliver fresh, healthy food to millions of food insecure individuals and families. Food Rescue US inspires local food providers to become food donors, ensuring their excess food goes to those who need it most while keeping it out of landfills where it negatively impacts our planet. Using our web-based platform, we are able to directly transfer healthy, fresh food and distribute it to our network of community-based social service agencies. We operate in 23 states and the District of Columbia and are growing rapidly.
