Starting A Commercial Food Business - Lansing

Are you interested in starting a commercial food business based on your favorite recipes, or as a value-added agriculture product? Perhaps you would like to go beyond the limits of the Michigan Cottage Food Law and become licensed. This session will focus on basic food processing, licensing and other legal requirements, marketing, business planning, and related topics. The class will be taught byMSUProduct Center Innovation Counselor, Diane Smith.
